    MOST STORES TRY PUT THIS IN THE SMALL PRINT, HOWEVER I AM A PERSON SELLING MY PRODUCTION SO TO KEEP MISUNDERSTANDINGS TO A MINIMUM, HERE'S MY TERMS
    There Is A LIMITED AMOUNT of 10 leases for each beat. After limit is reached, the beat is no longer available for leasing.
    The beats are UNLIMITED leases : You don't have a max amount of streams/sales before needing to renew your license.
    If you want the beat EXCLUSIVE, contact me with your offer price. Don't ask me a price, make an offer of what it's worth to you. I reserve the right to refuse any offer.
    There is a 50% or equal split according to the number of writers on publishing for the song created with purchased beat(s). My IPI Number will included with your copy of the contract.
    I reserve the right to release beats as part of an instrumental compilation project for release onto DSPs.
    All provisons are subject to change.
    Any sync licensing on TV/FIlm or Gaming upfront fees must be split with me
